About Me

Hello there. My name is Alexis, 24, I'm (almost) high school history teacher gone certified holistic health coach. Cooking, baking, and nutrition are my passion. Luckily, I also LOVE the gym and being fit. I'm a PCOS and ED fighter and I strive to help others just like me through clean eating and self love.
