I should probably trademark that phrase.
"Bowls of Stuff"
It's seriously my go-to, savior, quick dinner, planned dinner....I mean honestly, it's what I eat 4-5 times out of the week for dinner. And sometimes breakfast.
Call me lazy, but hey, it works and still tastes good.
So what do I put in these "bowls of stuff"?

Fall is here. Which means one thing. No not pumpkin spice lattes (even though those are delicious)...
SMORE'S!
Yes, yes, and yes
I don't know about you, but I LOVED campfires, hayrides, and chilly fall nights when I was younger, still love them now! And yes, if you were wondering, SoCal does get crisp fall weather still! Just not until winter time for everyone else :)
So what better way to celebrate the season, but with a smore's...milkshake...with Shakeology that is (if you don't know what that is, check THIS out, and if you're interested feel free to shoot me an email!)
I'm telling you, this shake is life changing-ly delicious. Is that a word? Well I just made it one.

I'm back! Now how does this work again.....
So my last post said it...I would be back! And here I am!.....
Ok so it's been a little over a year, I think I got a little lost, but I found my way back. And boy is it good to be back.
A little update for those who'd like to know!
Since late June of last year I've done quite a lot to be honest. Let's shorten the story into bullets (chronologically of course):
My sister's graduation

Savory Basil Butternut Squash Soup :D
I've never been a huge soup person.
Particularly because growing up, I liked to each actual meals and I always ate SO much food and soup was never enough for me....more like an appetizer
But I know that there is a lot more out there than just broccoli and cheddar and New England clam chowder! (the only two I ever liked)
So the other day, I cam across some butternut squash I bought, but never used and decided to come up with this:

Coconut Poppy Seed Protein Banana Bread
Sometimes I enjoy my roommates company....
Other times I wanna punch them in the eye.
So last night I was fighting off a very strong urge to binge....which I did...
and then in strolls my roommate and tells me he has bananas that we going bad (which I of course had already had my eye on) and that I should use them before they go bad..
What, am I going to say no?
Of course I was gonna make some bananan bread!
But I love putting my own twist on things
So I present to you,

With a little help from your friends (or fellow bloggers)...Shrimp & Mushroom Stuffed Squash Ravioli (and or Lasagna)
Now that's a mouthful...
So I was sitting around, thinking about food the other day...typical..and I thought, "why can't I still enjoy one of my favorite dishes...raviolis stuff with any kind of seafood?"
Well wonder no long, self, (yes I do talk to myself from time to time...ok maybe all the time)
I did a little research, and after finding some recipes that had some aspects I wanted in this dish, but not all, I mashed a few up together, added my own twist, and viola!
Now I try to make most of my recipes fool proof, or just simple to do, but this one, I'll have to admit, took some time to accomplish.
It wasn't hard, just a little time consuming...but definitely worth it
