Blueberry Yogurt...with goodies

Ok so there are recipes...

And then there are little things I have put together that aren't really recipes....but more like a "here ya go try this"


So here's one of those:



Blueberry Yogurt & Co.:

3/4 cup of non-dairy yogurt (I used Amande's Blueberry Almond Milk Yogurt)
1/2 tsp poppy seeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp whole flax seeds
1/2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut 
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 1/2 tbsp dried cranberries

1. Plop your choice of yogurt in a bowl or on a plate
2. Add all toppings, stir together, and enjoy!
