Chocolate Chai Flour-less Cookies

Who would have thought that today, I, ALEXIS, who used to HATE tea...would now not only be drinking tea, but using it to make cookies?!

Well today is the day....and I found the perfect tea to make cookies with...

Chocolate chai. -__-

So good oh em gee

Chocolate Chai Flour-less Cookies:

1 bag of Zhena's Gypsy Chocolate Chai Tea
3/4 cup rolled oats
dash of salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp turbinado sugar (or brown sugar)
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
tiny splash of coconut milk

1. Preheat over to 375ยบ
2. Boil a pot of water and pour it over the chocolate chai tea bag and let it steep for about 5 minutes
3. Then take about 3/4 cup of rolled oats in a bowl and mixed them together with the tea (I kept the tea bag in when I poured it on the oats and let that soak a bit
4. Now you can either let the oats and tea soak overnight in the fridge uncovered to make the cookies even better, but if you can't wait, continue to step 5
5. Added a bit of cinnamon and just a tiny lunch of nutmeg to the oats and then drain the oats as best you can
6. Take the oats and put them in a food processor along with a dash of salt, baking soda, and brown sugar
7. Put the processor on low and let it turn all the ingredients into a dough
8. Melt 1 tbsp of coconut oil and add a dash of coconut milk together and pour it into the oats
9. After mixing everything together, mush the dough into cookie shapes and put them in the oven for about 10 minutes and viola!

*This only make about 6-7 cookies for me so you can double the recipe if you would like a full batch
