Fruit Pizza Wrap

So as apart of @hellohealthy and @watch_me_shrink from Instagram's Make it Happen March post the other day which was to eat the rainbow (which all of you should be doing anyway!)

I decided to make a fruit pizza/wrap! And even use black and white colors :D



It was my first time making this and I kinda just winged it but the end result was super yummy!




Fruit Pizza Wrap:

Servings: 1




1 Rudi's Gluten Free Spinach Tortilla
1 tbsp vegan cream cheese (either buy some or make some)
6-7 baby spinach leaves
1/2 banana, sliced
6-7 bluberries
2 strawberries, sliced
few pieces of mango
1/2 kiwi, sliced
5-6 red grapes
1/2 tbsp chia seeds

1. Spread cream cheese onto tortilla
2. Lay down spinach leaves, evenly covering tortilla
3. Add banana slices, and then the rest of the fruit
4. Sprinkle chia seeds, roll up, and catch any escaping fruit!
